Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility:

• Cancellations or amendments made at least 48 hours before the tour departure qualify for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are not eligible for a refund.

• Failure to join the tour, joining after departure, or leaving before its completion voids any refund.

3. Weather and Operational Delays:

• In cases of inclement weather, guests will be offered either a full refund or an alternative booking date.

• No refunds are provided for reasonable delays, curtailments, or changes to a trip due to weather conditions or mechanical failures.

4. Tour Minimum Requirements:

• Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate and are subject to change.

• If a tour is canceled due to not meeting these numbers, guests will receive an alternative option or a full refund.

5. Payment and Refund Processing:

• Payments are accepted online via Visa and MasterCard in AED.

• Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment.

• Refunds for payments made through online payment gateways will be processed minus any applicable transaction fees.

6. Governing Law:

• Any disputes arising out of or related to this website shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.
