Refund policy

Refund Policy of Travel – 57 Heritage Tourism LLC Full Refund Eligibility:

• Cancellations or amendments made at least 24 hours before the tour departure qualify for a full refund.

Non-Refundable:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure are not eligible for a refund.
• Failure to join the tour, joining after departure, or leaving before its completion voids any refund.

Weather and Operational Delays:

• In cases of inclement weather, guests will be offered either a full refund or an alternative booking date. No refunds are provided for reasonable delays, curtailments, or changes to a trip due to weather conditions or mechanical failures

Tour Minimums:

• Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate and are subject to change. If a tour is canceled due to not meeting these numbers, guests will receive an alternative
  option or a full refund.

Payment and Refund Processing:

• Payments are accepted online via Visa and MasterCard in AED. Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment.

Governing Law:

• Any disputes arising out of or related to this website shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.
