Terms & Conditions of Travel – 57 Heritage Tourism LLC

• Our country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates, and the governing law is local law.
• Our services will not be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
• Minors under 18 years old are not permitted to register as users or conduct transactions on this website.
• Cardholders are required to keep copies of their transaction records and comply with the merchant’s policies and regulations.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the privacy and security of their accounts.

Itinerary and Changes:

• Itineraries provided are accurate at the time of publishing and might undergo slight alterations for improvement or due to external factors beyond our control.
• In cases where a specific service or activity cannot be provided as detailed in the itinerary, suitable alternatives will be offered whenever feasible.
• Changes to itineraries may occur due to seasonal conditions, weather extremes, natural disasters, or requirements of conservation reserves.

Pricing and Validity:

• Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
• The company reserves the right to modify prices at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations or amendments made at least 24 hours prior to the tour departure are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure are not eligible for a refund.
• Failure to join a tour, joining after departure, or leaving before completion voids any refund.

Travel Insurance:

• We strongly advise obtaining adequate travel insurance that covers unforeseen circumstances preventing participation in scheduled tours.
• Upon request, we will assist with providing necessary documentation to your insurance company.

Weather and Tour Operations:

• In cases of inclement weather, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
• No refunds are provided for reasonable delays, curtailment, or alterations of a trip due to weather conditions or mechanical failures.

Minimum Guest Requirements:

• Tours operate based on minimum guest numbers, subject to change. If a tour is canceled due to not meeting these numbers, guests will receive an alternate option or a full refund.

Risk Acknowledgment:

• Participants acknowledge inherent risks in activities and are responsible for their safety, agreeing to comply with safety instructions provided.

Age and Health Requirements:

• Children under 5 are not permitted on shared vehicles. Specific arrangements can be made for children aged 12 months to 5 years on a private vehicle basis.
• Some activities have age restrictions, and pregnant guests are advised against certain experiences, especially during later stages of pregnancy.

Dietary Preferences:

• We cater to vegetarian and gluten intolerance; please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Smoking, Alcohol, and Behavior:

• Smoking is prohibited inside tour vehicles. Carrying alcohol in tourist vehicles is illegal under UAE law.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals displaying behavior detrimental to the group’s enjoyment or posing a safety threat.

Payment and Disputes:

• Payments are accepted online via Visa and MasterCard in AED. Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to this website shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.

Technology Usage:

• Vehicles may be equipped with dashcam technology for legal, insurance, and training purposes.
• Drones are prohibited during regular falcon shows unless special circumstances are approved in advance by 57 Heritage Tourism LLC and the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).

Photography and Image Rights:

• Participants agree to the potential capture of their images, granting the company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use these images for promotional purposes.
