Vehicles may be equipped with dashcam technology for legal, insurance, and training purposes.
Drones are prohibited during regular falcon shows unless special circumstances are approved in advance by 57 Heritage Tourism LLC and the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
Participants agree to the potential capture of their images, granting the company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use these images for promotional purposes.
Full Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations or amendments made at least 48 hours before the tour departure qualify for a full refund.
Non-Refundable:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are not eligible for a refund.
Failure to join the tour, joining after departure, or leaving before its completion voids any refund.
Weather and Operational Delays:

Driver Eligibility
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
Passengers must be at least 10 years old and accompanied by an adult if under 18.
Health & Safety
These activities are not recommended for pregnant guests or individuals with back, neck, or serious medical conditions.
All participants must wear helmets and protective gear provided during the experience.
Conduct and Responsibility
Reckless driving, off-trail riding, drifting, or disobeying guide instructions is strictly prohibited.
Participants must follow all safety briefings and instructions provided by the guide.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to vehicles due to negligence or misuse.
Substance Use
The use of alcohol or any illegal substances before or during the activity is strictly forbidden.
Guests suspected to be under the influence will be denied participation without refund.
Weather and Operational Conditions
In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the experience may be rescheduled or canceled in the interest of safety.
In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Acknowledgment of Risk
Guests understand that buggy and quad biking activities carry inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
A liability waiver may be required to be signed before the activity begins.
